    "20 minutes to NAS Whiting Field, 20 minutes to 5 pointes in Pace for shopping. Great A schools, has a Hospital, lots of Churches, a Cafe and a few restaraunts. Only an hour from the beach, 15 minutes to Cold Water Creek for Canoeing or Horseback riding, good place to raise your family, we love it! "

It's close to everything so while there isn't a lot available in Jay itself, it's a 15 minute drive from whatever you may need! It's the best place ever! If I could stay out there all day everyday...
