I wish I could have brought the Waterford with me for its convenience (Harris Teeter, dentist, eye doctor, vet, drug store all within walking distance), the gated neighborhoods, and amenities (saltwater pool, tennis courts, greenway/pathways). I highly recommend the Waterford for families with young kids for the amenities and calm neighborhood streets, for couples looking to buy their first home, or for retirees looking to be near the coast without the high prices of Wrightsville. My wife misses the fact that we could be at Wrightsville Beach in 25 minutes...."
