There is a back part of the yard that is fenced separately. Double gate on the left side will allow you to back your boat under the carport or drive nearer to the shed. Septic system is located on the right side of the yard as you are facing the house. This property is an 'as is' sale, as seller does not have funds for repairs. This house really does have good bones.
