School administration is stuck in their ways refusing to go beyond what’s easy and convenient for them. They have adopted a bullying culture due to their constant blind eyes. Most teachers are great. However, a lot teachers do the bare minimum similar to the administration. They care more about themselves what’s convenient for them then school and student safety and learning. The building needs a culture overhaul.

Wow- I feel so lucky to have found this school! The teachers are amazing and truly care about the students. I really appreciate that its not just about test scores- that the whole child matters- including being kind to others. They also have the the Leader in Me program which I am very impressed with and Spanish is started in 3rd grade. We moved here intentionally to be in the school boundaries.

School is too focused on getting brownie points from the school board rather than supporting actual students. Teachers are phenomenal, truly only a handful that are a little too stuck in the past. Leadership is poor, school monitors only care about their paycheck (massive power trip for any students they haven’t established friendships with), one staff member (middle aged male, inside during the day and works traffic after school) is absolutely horrible. Have had multiple encounters with him where he has attempted to say harmful things or encourage others to act out in order for him to punish them. This must be his first year at the school, but I don't imagine him staying long. Punishment isn’t ever handed out unless it is directly involved with attendance. The school would much rather hand out a detention for being tardy to lunch than bullying or inappropriate conduct.
