Description

Welcome to the highly sought-after gated community of St. Cloud.
As you approach the house, you are reminded of the welcoming front porch of a traditional cottage.
When you enter the home, you are surrounded by thoughtful and elegant design choices from the slab-cut Carrera marble surfaces on the custom-built-in cabinets in the living room that frame the beautiful marble hearth with a subtle marble floral design to the front window ledges. All this adds a sophisticated design aesthetic to the home.
In the kitchen, stylish cabinetry with oiled bronze fixtures and a custom-crafted range hood over a subtle marble floral tile backsplash elevates the kitchen, as do the high-end KitchenAid appliances. A large island with farmhouse pendant lights and a large sink makes for the perfect entertaining space.
A wall of light from the sliding doors to a private patio extends the entertainment space for quintessential California living.
The main floor is finished off with a stylish half bathroom. The light, warm-toned LVP floors give a contemporary coastal vibe on the main floor, and continue up the stairs as well as throughout the second floor. More impressive custom design touches upstairs add to the consistency of the contemporary classic vibe.
Three generously sized bedrooms upstairs, along with a full guest bathroom and laundry room with a sink and high-end appliances, finish off the second floor. The large owner's suite with walk in closet and a stylish bathroom is a calm oasis. The beautiful black and white penny tile in the owner's bathroom shower is a nod to vintage classic styling. The large shower soapbox is adorned with a marble basketweave tile. Elegant fandeliers complete the look in the bedrooms along with oiled bronze hardware and crystal door knobs.
The home is also equipped with a two-car garage and state-of-the-art upgraded safety and security features, a water softening system, an on-demand tankless water heater with a water leak detector, and an EV hookup, all supported by Cat 5 wiring. This highly coveted and much-loved gated community has a newly resurfaced pool deck and pool tiles, along with the clubhouse and exercise area. Green spaces and children's play areas are wonderful added features

"Very safe and calm area. Nice parks but don’t go too far into the city as it can get dangerous and sketchy."
  • Pedro P. R.
"All about gang activity is very important to know. Crimes in the area, car theft, burglary, and assaults are as important. "
  • Ian M.
"Not a lot of kids playing outside, neighborhood is mainly made up of elderly folks. Everyone is very nice and definitely on top of security. Easy to walk to park and the grocery store. "
  • Babak B.
"I have 30 mile commute to Temecula but it is without traffic. Nice scenary with beautiful mountains ahead."
  • Catherine B.
"Oceanside is a great place to live. I love it here! My neighborhood (near Kaiser Permanente) is quiet, well-maintained, and safe. Most of my neighbors are military families (including myself) due to our close proximity to the base."
  • Barrerac2011
"People walking dogs of all sizes at all times of day. People are kind, but you must pick up after your dog. "
  • Amanda
"Less than 30 minutes usually. Busier in the mornings during school drop off, and at rush hour in the afternoon. "
  • Eric S.
"My neighborhood has great access to everything. Shops are within walking distance as well as Banks and trails. Neighbors are friendly my neighborhood also has parks for children. "

"we love the neighborhood. it's beautiful and people are friendly. the view is pretty from where i live. the neighborhood is safe and the apartment complex is well gated and safe. "
  • Rothrocknancy
"Very quiet but huge apt complexes and inadequate roads cause traffic. The City didn’t complete expected roads and access to freeway so there is a red light every quarter mile... "
  • Cjnapierc
"my mother lives in the area and it seems to be centrally located to many things. there is Transportation, shopping, and freeways close by. also there are several great churches."
  • Chargerfanus2003
"in the path of progress with hundreds of acres of open land being developed for recreation and commercial use. Award winning schools, great weather (about 5 miles off the coast so not too hot and not too cool & cloudy). MLK park and now El Corazon area makes it great for active families. Close but not too close to major freeways makes for easy commute while having a quiet neighborhood. "
  • ourstore99
"I live in the area and have for 15 years. Beautiful landscaping all around Rancho del Oro"
  • C
"You could not hand pick better neighbors! Dad and kids playing catch in the yards. Laughing, soccer playing, kids in the tot-lot, couples out for evening strolls! I LOVE this neighborhood. Ivey Ranch has the best teachers, administrators and PTO of any school! If you are lucky enough to find a house in here, grab it! "
  • Donald
"There are numerous problems with Blackhawk Ave in Rancho Del Oro and the HOA can be very difficult to deal with. There is a open attitude of hostility towards certain types of people like renters, gay, jew, and anyone of color. The HOA will open litigation towards renters and homeowners over supposed violations. Heck as my friends were moving in the postal carrier tried to deliver a certified letter with a written complaint on them. They broke the lease and left California sick of this extremely restrictive and foul nature towards as they put it undiserables."
