About this House

Well loved pool home that is spacious, bright, open and move in ready. The family and living rooms are quite large with a huge kitchen. Enjoy a split floor plan with the master on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and office on the other. The master bedroom has 2 closets and a sliding glass door to the back fully covered, fabulous patio. An extra room serves as an office or could be made into a 4th bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout and a whole house fan (updraft) in the laundry to help pull out hot air. Beat the heat with a dip in the cool pool. The pool is a wading pool with both ends being 3 feet and 6 feet in the middle. Have cars? There is plenty of room in the 3 car garage as well as the special side entrance for RV parking. An extra large shed is included in the back yard. The appliances and AC unit are newer. New screens will be put on the back windows prior to close of escrow.
