A). Upper floor only--(primary area)-- rents for a Total of $3,300 including Utilities, if for
April only. Speak with manager for shorter lease period. It is: fully furnished, large deck with spectacular views, and attached 2-car garage. This very spacious (1200 sq ft), upper floor (only) of the home works as a private two bedroom/two bath rental. See description and photos below.

B). The whole house, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2200+ sq ft., rents for $3,550 for April only, and includes flat rate Utilities, WiFi and trash. Limited to 4, possibly 5 persons.

This home is standing on multiple acres and surrounded by almost endless outdoor semi-wild scenery. It offers a wrap around deck with total 360 degree magnificent views amid small mountain town, accessibility and privacy. This unique home offers four bedrooms, three full baths, two kitchens, two living rooms, two sets of laundry equipment, all connected by both indoor and outdoor entrances and stairways. It is ideal for renters who may need extra space.


On the upstairs/upper level, only, there is: A large fully furnished kitchen and entry way; a spacious light filled dining room plus a living room with moss-rock fireplace surrounded with views; two of the three full bathrooms; a master bedroom with a queen bed; a second bedroom with both an antique double (full) bed plus a single (twin) bed (removable). Only limited furniture changes may be negotiated.


On the lower/downstairs level, there is: a full but smaller kitchen with smaller attached eating area; a living room/family room with a wood stove; a master-sized bedroom with a queen bed; a second bedroom with antique double bed; many views and windows; and a lower patio.
This house has forced air electric heat. No AC but location almost never requires more than an occasional fan.

Amenities include attached double car garage plus plenty outside parking (garage and deck available with the whole house rental and upper level rental.) It is rented as fully furnished or possible negotiation for slightly less furnishing, at the owner's discretion. No pets (call owner). No smoking.

This unique rental with rental options is available:
A 1 to 1.5 month lease from April 1st through approximately May 15th, 2021. (As stated there MAY be a possibility for a shorter rental period but rental prices may increase.) Credit, background, criminal check a Must for ANY length of lease.

Rental price of $3,550 for whole house, is for the month of April only (can extend into May to total a 30-day Lease. It may be possible to rent through May 15th.)
