The photo of the house is a model just down the street that sold for $285,00 in 2017. This house on lot 60 is close to the same layout but much nicer.
I don't see any homes on Sage Lake that would compare to what I am offering at this price range. A new home with a 18 month warranty and all custom mill-work puts this home way over the top then the others. Buy it at 9K down and seller pays closing will be hard to find. Plus who really wants to have to walk down 30 steps to get to the water. This home is laid out for convenience to the water being closer to the lake level from the full living quarters of the walkout basement when entertaining. The finished basement you have the Kitchen, Living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a 2nd laundry to wash towels and bathing suits etc. The master Bedroom is on the 1st floor and also with full living quarters. Get your boat out on the water and you're in a whole different world. Stay close to home with Little Sage lake where it is quiet and private or take off onto the largest Lake in the county with 3 islands with lots of action.
Little Sage lake is a 5 min boat ride through the canal to be on Sage lake if its Sage lake that you desire. Take a look at us on our pontoon going through the Canal. Little Sage has 5 houses on it and lots of quiet times on the lake. It's very clean and about 40 ft deep. I love sitting on the boat dock that is over the water (10x10) in the morning watching the sun come up and listening to all the wild life. Spend a little time here and you will be in love really fast. I know some like the city so this might not be what you want. West branch is 20 min away. Go there while the rest of the family cooks out, boats, swims, skis, fishes and enjoy the wild life. Hurry back!

During an assembly, administrators claimed it exists to help us “focus” and protect our “mental health.” They also said that in an emergency, students contacting the outside world could “overload phone lines.” The rule is extreme: phones must stay powered off and locked in lockers from bell to bell. Why not create a smarter system like silent mode or designated check-in times instead of treating every student like a criminal? Forcing kids to surrender their devices entirely feels designed to push students toward dropping out and make the environment as hostile as possible.The no-hoods rule is equally ridiculous. On a freezing day in class, I put my hood up for warmth and was immediately sent for detention. Staff seem more obsessed with catching rule-breakers than actually teaching.The flag policy in the handbook is outright discriminatory. It explicitly states that only the U.S. flag and Michigan state flag are permitted. No Chinese, French, Mexican, or any other national flag is allowed. That sends a clear message about whose identity matters.Even the “no phone in pocket” clause is absurd if staff spot a bulge that might be a phone, the device is confiscated on the spot and taken to the office.2. “100% Bully-Free Zone” A Complete LieThe school proudly advertises itself as a “100% bully-free zone.” That claim is laughable. I’ve witnessed and personally experienced bullying on multiple occasions. When teachers or staff see it, they often look the other way or do nothing. The slogan is just empty marketing.3. Staff Hypocrisy and FavoritismStaff routinely break the very rules they enforce on students. I’ve seen teachers scrolling on phones, wearing hoods, and acting more immature than the kids. False accusations fly constantly; I’ve been blamed for things I didn’t do, and I know I’m not alone. Meanwhile, certain students get a free pass pure favoritism.
