1 bedroom unit (entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living room are all private) available for rent. Base rent is $1,900 monthly. Utilities is $100 monthly flat rate. High Speed Internet is available for free. Unit has AC/ heater. We are located in the City of Orange; across from the Christ Cathedral, 5 minutes to Disneyland, a short walk to the Outlets of Orange/ UCI Medical Center. Cross streets: The City Drive/ Chapman Ave.

Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed. We are looking for a working professional, must be able to provide a credit report with scores higher than 650 and background check.
