Round Valley School District is amazing and has won awards for top CA schools. The weather is wonderful, this area have 360 days a year of sunshine. Summer warmth and cool evening. Winters are mild with very little snow. Snow is within 15 minutes if you enjoy winter skiing snowshoeing ect. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and area. I have lived here for over 20 years."
