Short term rental. Really nice neighbors. Pets welcome. Hardwood floors in most of the house. Kitchen has a brick type floor. Washer and dryer included! Ironing board, and iron. Bathroom has towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, revere ware, dishes, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Parking for 2 cars. Will rent up to 4 people.
Well behaved pets are welcome.

Short Term Rental up to 13 weeks. Renewable. Utilities are paid up to $300 a month for JEA bill. Anything over $300 will be paid by tenant. Internet is separate and included in rent.
Tenant may have a well behaved pet, but may not fence in yard or tie animal in back yard.

Parking for 2 cars. Do not park on the grass.
If property is cleaned and nothing beyond wear and tear, the deposit is fully refundable. If tenant takes an item belonging to property, tenant will be charged for it. Pet deposit is also refundable if nothing more than wear and tear.

    "Traffic is not good. The bypass construction sucks. I don’t work in Jackson but the commute in the mornings is rough if you hit rush hour. The bypass construction has caused a lot of different problems. Perhaps when they get it done it’ll be better. "
