About this House

Beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath Townhouse style condo AVAILABLE NOW in Dublin! Fantastic location! Excellent bike lanes all the way to BART just 2.9 miles away--you can do the whole ride in just 9 to 20 minutes (usually ~15 minutes), depending on rider ability, speed, and traffic and stop light conditions. Fallon Sports Park and Kolb Elementary School are both a short 10~13 min. walk away. Lowe's, Kaiser, Target, and other shopping and restaurants are all very close as well. Community amenities include: community pool, spa, and workout room. Beautiful park and playground right across the street!

Smart home features: has Google Nest smart thermostat (controllable remotely through the app) and Google Nest smart/camera doorbell (also controllable and viewable remotely through the app) with programmable smart chime/tunes. Kitchen and living room have wifi-enabled smart dimmable light switches (Amazon and Google compatible for voice control). Wifi-connected smart garage door opener, controllable through phone app.

All appliances are included, including a brand new and spacious LG fridge and brand new front-loading LG washer and dryer, as well as an oven and stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave.

Balcony has line-of-sight to the park across the street, so long-range high-speed wifi beaming to the park is possible for remote work outside when used with directional antenna (landlord can provide recommended equipment to purchase, and general setup instructions).

Fireplace has electric blower installed with automatic, temperature-controlled fan which automatically turns on when the fireplace is hot, and off when the fireplace is cool. Provides excellent heating and ambiance in the living room during the winter.

2-car tandem garage (~40 ft long) is extra wide on one end for extra storage, and it maintains a comfortable temperature year-round (60~80F) for garage storage or working in the garage with just a fan in the summer and space heater in winter. Two super bright, diffuse, individually-controllable 400W-equivalent energy-efficient LED bulbs are installed in the garage for superb lighting and working conditions, even at night.

Brand new hardwood composite floors. Energy-efficient LED lights installed throughout, with excellent lighting. Bright, rechargeable motion-activated closet lights are installed in the two closets underneath the stairs (on ground floor and 3rd floor).

Security deposit: Equal to 1 month's rent. Rent includes HOA and garbage. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities (PG&E gas and electric, water, and internet/phone/cable). HOA is responsible for landscaping. Sorry, no pets allowed!

Facts sheet (estimated utilities costs, which apps to use for the smart home devices, who I recommend for carpet cleaners, what the paint codes are for when it's time to move out and you need to do some touch-up, etc): https://docs.google.com/document/d/18G_b1KNh5Pqc7eiDWNpBLfL_L-HeZQgigI3T0yf8Ies/edit?usp=sharing

  • Loren M.
"Iโ€™ve been in the Dublin area over 14 years. Itโ€™s growing fast, demographics have definitely changed. The planning of the city at times is confusing and makes no sense. Theft is high like many suburb type cities. Otherwise itโ€™s a nice and safe city. "
  • Gr8mom-rn
