"they are not on a leash most times, and they dont clean up after them. there are alot of stray dogs in the area also. "

"I love living in Big Stone Gap its a friendly, convenient, comfortable, relaxing, & beautiful place to live.... I would find it very hard if I had to ever leave.... Which probably is not going to happen because I call this place home...."
