Garage has space for 2 cars plus a large work space area inside the garage (almost 2 car size). Also well lite with three 8' florescent light fixtures. 10,000 sq. ft. lot size, Fireplace, Carpeting in Living room, hall and bedrooms. Lots of storage in the kitchen. Also a dishwasher. Blinds on all windows. Central AC and Heat. Patio Cover. Laundry area in the garage, gas or electric. We will consider pets, but need to find out what type and how many. Master bedroom has double doors to enter with a private bathroom and an extra large bathtub. Also a skylight in Master Bath for natural light. It is possible the house could be ready prior to December 1st. I apologize for bad photography - the house looks better then the photos depict.

We require a minimum 650 credit score and we do a complete check of references- work, credit and rental history. Pets allowed, but may require additional pet deposit depending on pet/s. There are breed restrictions

    "There is room to walk the dogs, especially in residential areas. I would say that we do not really have dog parks but there are some parks that you can enjoy on leash. I have been uncomfortable a few times walking the dog when other neighbors are walking off-leash."
