Includes high speed internet, parking, washer and dryer, and all utilities. Nice quiet back balcony facing the woods and a park is just a couple of blocks away with tennis, disc golf, a stream, and nice woods.

Only two bedrooms are rented (individually), along with full use of the equipped kitchen, living room, and other common areas. A third bedroom is kept reserved for occasional use by the owner ( who received her PhD from NCSU in 2017). She is a busy mature professional who understands the life, the area, and the needs of dedicated students or professionals, and will be passing through for short use of the room and common areas a few times per semester when flying in and out of RDU. The townhouse is kept in good condition (not just a neglected investor rental).

Living room includes comfortable couch and tables, a Smart TV, wifi, lamps, and decorations. Kitchen is equipped with dishes/pans/utensils and with dedicated areas for you to store your food in the cabinets and refrigerator/freezer. Includes microwave, coffee/hot water station, and dining table/chairs. The other renter is easy going and friendly.

$875 mo. rent per bedroom. Includes all utilities. $25 discount each month if rent is paid prior to the 1st.
$875 Deposit per room required to hold.

Rent due 1st of month. $25/mo. rent discount if paid before the 1st. Late fees apply after 5th
