Also in the back yard is a good size storage shed with small ramp making it easier for your lawn mower and yard equipment. The underground pool had the pump replaced and new sand filter system in the last 2 years. This home is located in Elyria Township so there are no city taxes to pay at tax time!
The Inside and outside of the house is solid but the outside can use a little work..mainly in the yard and pool area.. So much of wooded area and trees in the front and back yard the past several summers. Our goal was to have a clean slate in the front yard and back yard making it easier to maintain the pool in the summertime without all the leaves from all the trees falling into the pool and have less yard work and more time to relax by the pool. Pool work excellent but needs a new liner.
