    "I’ve lived here for 2 years. It’s ISU owned housing so we have most amenities. It’s near Greek housing so there is a large party scene on the weekends. It’s also near Lincoln Way so it can be loud."

    "Its nice to live close to campus but it would be better if it had some grocery store near by. It feels safe and I like that the bars are right across the street!"

    "This neighborhood has homes that are a 12 minute walk from Iowa State University campus, and that have a 3-mile cross country course directly behind them. It is a safe neighborhood on a bus route. Campus town shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. While students live in campus town as well, one becomes aware of them only on a few weekend evenings a year. "
