One owner all brick custom built home on High Rock Lake in beautiful Riverwalk Plantation neighborhood with a community boat ramp. This house has all the upgrades such as all hardwoods and tile in wet areas, oversized crown moldings, vaulted and trey ceilings. The kitchen has custom cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and tumbled marble back splash. The entire house has been remodeled and updated including all bathrooms with custom cabinets, marble counter as well as a marble subway tile surround. Bathtubs have been replaced, one is a beautiful cast iron clawfoot tub. Toilets have been replaced as well, all in 2016 and 2017. All walls, moldings and ceilings freshly painted.
A new HVAC system with all new duct work installed in June of 2014 with 10 a year warranty.
A new water softening system was installed in 2018.
A beautiful cover outdoor space with stone fireplace was built in 2014.
A 624-square foot separate structure all brick Mother-in-law suite or guest house with full kitchen with custom wood cabinets and granite counter tops and beautiful tiled bathroom was built in 2014.
There is an oversized two car garage
In-ground swimming pool with new liner and pump.
The landscape is beautiful with palm trees and total lawn irrigation system.

And if you have children I wouldn't recommend not a children friendly neighborhood alot of drug activity in the area"
