Property has a private Laundry room with coin operated units on the premises. Water, Trash, Sewer, Landscaping and exterior bug fumigation provided by Landlord. The tenant pays for Gas and Electric through the City of Mesa.
Must complete an application. Upon approval, the apartment can viewed. If you decide to move forward a $40 Credit check is required. The check is completed through Transunion using a social security number and is nonrefundable. It will show previous evictions and Felonies. Before acceptance, the Tenant must provide two references, a valid ID and two current paystubs. We are not set up for Government Housing or pets.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. They no longer trim palm trees, & the water has been off since yesterday-no notice given, no way to reach anyone, office closed on weekends.Tried calling office number, it's out of order! Mgmt is rubbish, no way to contact anyone to address or improve anything. If you value your sanity, don't move here."

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
