  • Brenna Rose
"It’s nice for walks but the side roads have zero sidewalks, so you’d have to walk a good 5blocks then cross the street staying on the same road in order to walk on a side walk and not down a road with usually cars parked on the sides blocking the only two car spaced road as is so it’s sketchy with traffic. Also then poor babies feet are on hot Florida asphalt. "
  • Trulia User
"Luminaries at Christmas and people decorate for Halloween and at Christmas. Many neighbors have holiday parties. "
  • Trulia User
"The historical houses, parks, friendly people and the small unique businesses and restaurants in the area. The architecture is amazing. It feels cozy"
  • Stevecerimeli
"I see people walking dogs everyday. I have never seen a problem from any of them. The only thing that might be a problem for a dog owner is that some of the houses have small yards."
  • MWatson
"This neighborhood has a diverse variety of families. A safe place to live tucked in an up and coming well designed community. "
  • Becky Love Bugbee
"Friendly, clean neighborhood! Walking the oc dinner, shopping and Starbucks are some of the great perks. A short walk to Stinson Park and the St.Johns River."
  • Natkrodgers
"Roosevelt and Park Street are horrible during rush hour let alone I-10, and I-95 but that's to be expected other than that traffic isn't that bad"
  • Natkrodgers
"They would love all the grassy areas and parks for walking, but there is alot of boat, train and ambulance sounds that might scare a more timid animal."
  • Himelsherri
"The subdivision is well kept. Close to grocery, clothing, convenience, and drug stores. Close to public parks and the beautiful St. John’s River. Little if any crimes that we know of. "
