"I’ve lived in this community for 4+ years and I am leaving it. It’s not a good area to live in, my experience is from the 4x4 community. There is a lot of drug activity, vacant run down properties, break in, car vandalism, unruly juveniles setting fires and stomping them out, kids tossing things at neighbors windows and cars, etc. It’s terrible."
  • Trulia User
"I'm familiar with the area. I would love to live here. Other than the design of the home I love the Park across the street from the house. Simply Beautiful. "
  • Trulia User
"my neighborhood is great for kids lots of playgrounds and people are very friendly and there are plenty stores"
  • Trulia User
"Private homeowners take care of their properties very well and are extremely friendly Neighbors always speak and ask others if they need assistance "
  • Trulia User
" high crime area. I want to move to a safer area. It's been ok when I first got here and its been 6 years "
  • Trulia User
"block parties for summer, back to school events, produce giveaways, church sponsored events, etc etc etc "
  • Trulia User
"Not kid friendly neighborhood. Acts of violence everyday. It’s even hard to sit on your front porch without witness some drama or violence. "
  • Trulia User
"Vendors in the park on the weekends in the spring, summer and, fall. They also have parties and food trucks in the park. "
  • Trulia User
"You will see many people walking their dogs all the time and they seem really well kept and take care of."
  • Trulia User
"I've grew up in the neighborhood. It is very different now. Most areas are quite. I do love the park."
  • Trulia User
"There are clean and safe community parks, trails and playgrounds. Dogs are usually on leashes with rare exceptions of deer sightings."
  • M K.
"Depends on the time of day; it’s a smoother, less stressful commute when the bus is not full of middle to high school-aged students. Otherwise, it can be loud, disruptive and overly crowded."
  • Jia C.
"It’s very easy accessibility in this area for committing whether u have a vehicle or not . Highways tollways and public transit are all easy to get to ."
  • Smarquia89
"We have movie night in the park on Belair rd and Chesterfield ave in the spring and summer in thee evening "
  • Ebony P.
"People who have dog don’t clean up after their dogs . There is a lot of fields you can take your dogs too "
  • Kwanayharris
"The community is constantly changing for the better. I see a lot of growth and promise in my community . All I would Take is the people of the community to come together and take care of where we live ."
  • Maria K.
"I’m not exactly sure because I am not a dog owner. But if I were, I would appreciate all the grassy areas, parks and trails throughout my neighborhood. And I guess not having any dog parks would be disappointing a bit."
  • Katina W.
"It quite and the neighborhood is very well kept! The neighborhood Association tries to keep everything in line. The people in the neighborhood all involved but keeping the community safe. It’s also a great place for all the people to live with the convenience of nearby stores and bus routes."
  • Blyons613
"lots of older homes in need of serious rehab. crime, crime, crime. Gangs are creeping in with a vengeance. Drugs everywhere. Theft of people, cars, and properties abound. what was a nice place to live is not anymore. "
  • J H.
"There is a big neighborhood park with lots of grass for dogs to play and roam free. I am not a pet owner personally tho. "
  • Maria K.
"It’s a good starter and retirement community with nearby resources within walking distance like the public library, several churches, schools, etc. "
  • Shindana W.
"The commute is no hassle at all. Busses run often and if you own a car you will be fine. 15 minutes from Canton and about 30 from downtown "
  • Shawn
"I live in the neighborhood more than 20 yrs. it wasn’t a lot of kids when we first moved here now it a lot of kids that In the summer they’re outside late and noisey. Some of the neighbors are friendly and pleasant. Parking is terrible. Planning on moving by next year. Can’t take the noise, the blue lights and the negative activity anymore. Not a place I want to raise my 5 year old daughter. "
  • Roderickwardlow34
