Neighborhood Description

Great neighborhood with homeowners association, www.hammersmithhomeowners.net. Very pleasant and quiet. Annually there is a neighborhood picnic. One of the better neighborhoods in the Pace area. All of the schools are A+ schools and the best. We've experienced all three of the schools and our children have both been on the principals list.
