"Lived here for 18 years and have never had any problems except with packages. I’ve had the same neighbors for just as long as I’ve lived here, which is also been nice. I feel like it looks like a party neighborhood, but everything is shut down pretty early which in my opinion makes the neighbors respectful."
  • Bryce Carr
"The kids can play but the next door neighbor is a Karen especially to gay people she listens to everything you do or say. She is very noisy "
  • Chelsea Marie Eller
"This past summer there has been a lot of police activity, lots or swat on my street. Other than that things have been okay. "
  • Chelsea Marie Eller
"Quick only 5 mins from just about any store and fast food areas, traffic is usually decent. Cars do tend to speed in the neighborhood areas though. "
  • Leslie Rodgers
"I drive everywhere for work anyway but I love that I can access both 62 and 77 just mere minutes from home, and that I can hear induction week as it happens, all from home. Knock on wood, thus far, I have been fairly happy here. "
  • Putnamchelsea1
"Canton isn’t the best. We have had a drive by within the 1st year living here. We have had our cars broken into multiple times. People coming in and out of our yard we barely know and storing their lawn mowers in our back yard. Looking to move asap "
  • Trulia User
"great neighborhood access to grocery store and shopping close to bus routes clean quiet neighborhood school area"
  • Trulia User
"Don’t walk your dog alone. especially if you’re a woman. I wouldn’t leave your car parked in the street unless you’re okay with people sideswiping it "
  • Trulia User
"im not to happy with this crime infested neighborhood. My husband and I are looking to move out of the area"
  • Trulia User
"They would like it very much it’s nice. There is a lot of dogs in this area. The streets are nice and well kept. People go on a lot of walks and kids play outside. It has sidewalks and a lot of streets that are nice to walk around. I would think more than half the residents own dogs. "
  • Trulia User
"everything is accessible from store schools churches and public resources for the mental or disabled"
  • Trulia User
"everyone's dog is in their fences. everyone knows who's dog is who for the most part we have been herefor a few yrs now vet quietwhen people do walk their dogs they clean up after them. very friendly down the earth neighborhood. 🌎 🙂 "
  • Trulia User

"I've lived here for 5yrs it's a wonderful semi quiet neighborhood with great neighbors and wonderful paved roads with the Hall of fame within walking distance and close to the interstate for either direction north or south."
  • Trulia User
"Alot of sidewalks to walk your dog . Even a park not to far I don’t have a dog so I’m not sure what the park is like "
  • Denise L.
"I've lived in Colonial Heights since 2006. The area is peaceful--the only chaos we get are transient cars moving from outside areas using us as a through-way--and the neighbors are awesome. I love the garage sales drive we have once a year, the plant sale, the flyers monthly to keep you up to date on what's going on, the FB page where neighbors communicate what's going on (excellent for power outages!), and the meetings at the church just a few blocks over. There's a library within walking distance, a Rite Aid and a Dollar General just up a little and just a short bike ride away is Giant Eagle. Down a dozen blocks to the east is a Walmart and shopping hub, and we're not too far from Belden Village. Mercy Medical/Cleveland Clinic is just 8 miles/minutes away by highway. Then also SARTA 103 runs down Gibbs, Colonial, and Rowland to help people keep mobile! I LOVE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD!"
  • Trulia User
"I live with in a 10 minutes walk of the NFL Professional Football Hall of Fame and every August approximately 250,000 people come to Canton Ohio for the Parade and Induction of the former football players being Inducted into the Hall!!!"
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User
"There is public transportation and the statesmstreets are pretty busy during the day. it's quiet and pretty peaceful. our neighbors are nice"
  • Clarissa R.
"It close to shopping area and fast food nice looking neighborhood and close to high way 62 we’ll maintain yards"

  • Kelli
"Moved to this neighborhood in July and really love it. It can be a bit loud at times, but we feel safe, there is a ton to do nearby and houses in our area are very well kept. We live near Stadium Park and it is an amazing park for families. "
  • Ashley A.
"There are literally no community events. Canton needs to step it up. I’ve lived here for over twenty years and it’s going downhill. "
  • Jessie B.
"The neighborhood has it's ups and downs, some drugs but otherwise a safe place to live. Too many stray dogs "
