This last point has helped lead to a quick rebound of housing values from the lows of 2009 - 2012. The only downside is the commute to Orange County for my wife every day. Her job and salary level are not replaceable in the Inland Empire of Riverside County."

Well maintained neighborhood w/ very low HOA fees that are worth it which keeps real estate values from dropping."
