I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this school. I am extremely happy with every aspect! My son has an IEP. I have went through that process at 3 different schools now, and JES is by far the best! They have went above and beyond to accommodate my son in the classroom. We’ve had two of the most amazing teachers ever! The communication has been impeccable. The principal Ms. Kelley is such a delight. She is very involved and caring. I have 2 grown boys and I have experienced my share of elementary schools and JES is my best experience. We LOVE Joelton Elementary!!!

WCHS is a Whites Creek, TN (and Metro Nashville Public School) gem!Though zoned to WCHS, my daughter initially started her high school career across town at Hillsboro High. After a year of below average performance and starting her sophomore year off with getting jumped on, I made the decision to transfer my child to our zoned school - Whites Creek. It took some time to get acclimated and find her "groove" but she initially did. The teachers were friendly and helpful; and there was a group of motivated students enrolled in the Early College program. Meanwhile, I also was happy that the class sizes were small, which meant that my child had an opportunity for individualized/small group learning. It also meant that I got "private school" class sizes at "public school" costs. Can you say "winning"?The Early College (Dual Enrollment) program at WCHS is like a school within a school. This academically inclined and motivated group of students take classes there and have the opportunity to meet with teachers and mentors. My child flourished! Her grades improved and she made new friends. I began to see a positive change to the student I was accustomed to seeing in the past. Along the way, the school offered campus visits, college preparation, and ACT prep courses. Senior year she pushed herself further by becoming a varsity cheerleader and later was inducted into the National Honor Society where she held an office. My child wrapped up the year by announcing that she'd be attending one of the top 100 public universities in the nation on a scholarship. She's excited and so are we! I believe all schools have issues. We've done public, private, and option schools over the years and each had it's positive and negative points BUT we made the best choice for our child and family. My daughter ended her Metro Public School career at age 17 by earning both a high school diploma AND an Associate of Arts degree from NSCC. I'm glad that we found our "place" at Whites Creek HS where success is a habit. Remember... COBRAS RISE UP!!! #don'tSleepOnThisSchool

I love this school! The staff is always helpful, the teachers actually care, and the crossing guards are even great too!
