This is a brand new home, never lived in. Rent includes Wi-Fi and security. This home has Wi-Fi enabled cameras, doors and fire alarms. It sits on a beautiful one acre lot that is completely private. Under warranty from the builder for one year with all appliances (Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher) Central Air and Heat. NO CARPET, all floors are Arcadia LVP! Granite Counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Open floor plan and parking pad on the side. The house has a well and a septic tank, so you will not need to pay for those utilities. I also installed water filters under each sink to insure the quality and taste of the well water. Please note - no tours will be given to anyone who is not a qualified candidate. Please apply before asking for a tour. Zillow applications don't affect your credit score, they allow you to use the same application for as many houses as you want for a month, and the home owner doesn't get any of the application fee.
I will accept a 1 year lease, but prefer a 2 year lease. I will not increase rent during the length of the lease, and if you renew I will extend that promise for one renewal (for whatever length of time that is). You can potentially lock in the cost of rent for up to 4 years. No smoking or pets. Security deposit will be required
