    "Close to Joe Pool lake and upscale shopping in Cedar Hill, yet nestled in Tree City USA - yard and neighborhood are full of tall, shady trees. Semi-exclusive community with great views. Hilly terrain is unique in this area for miles around. House sits on top of the tallest hill for miles around. Roads always attract many cyclists and joggers. Active HOA and COP make sure the neighborhood stays secure and well-kept. The HOA is very easy to deal with and their meetings are fun and informative. They host a yearly party at the nearby country club."

    "Lakeride is a very family friendly community in Cedar Hill with high end homes with large lots. The community includes a beautiful golf course, huge recreational area with fields for play or walking the dogs. Midlothian School district is amazing and there are several private schools around. "
