About this House

What a perfect home! All of the updates are already done for you and it is ready to go! A terrific place for the first time home buyer or for those who want to downsize. Beautiful, freshly painted walls with refinished, original hard wood floors that flow throughout the first floor. The updated kitchen has neutral colors, newer cabinets and counter with a tin tile back splash. 2 over sized bedrooms and a completely renovated bathroom with tile floors, and all new components complete the first floor. There is plenty of closet space, too. Easy-care newer tilt in windows brighten up the whole house, especially the picture window in the living room! As a bonus... newer carpeting runs up the stairs to a huge, sunny 3rd bedroom with an extra deep walk in closet. Back downstairs and off the kitchen foyer area go downstairs to the incredibly clean, freshly painted basement that has a convenient laundry area and tons of storage space. Roof is only 7 years old. New sidewalks and completely surrounded by trees, yet conveniently close to pretty much everything and ample parking! A storage shed completes the nice size yard. Don't miss this one! 2020-02-13

"The majority of the dogs are friendly and get along with other pups. The owners pick up after them.."
  • Lazysue1956
"If we have any events, we donโ€™t hear about them. Our house is on the edge of our neighborhood on a busy street so it is avoided asa place to hang out .no children on our street either,so it stays pretty quiet.maybe it will help if they put in sidewalks this spring. "
  • Trulia User
"The pike is awful during the week from 7am -9am and 3pm -6pm lots of traffic , hard to pull in and out , very loud, fenced yard mandatory if you have pets. Fleas in the area kill cats. But with the grave yard across the street it is quiet at night. "
  • Gerryhodges11

"We live on a busy street so we do not get foot traffic. No dog walkers because of that. When my dogs get out of my yard all my neighbors are out there looking and catching them just because they love dogs. even around the block and two streets over, everyone are dogs lovers. No barking in my neighborhood either. Very quiet that way."
  • Santiagosandra498
