"There are no neighborhood events. If there are, they’re not advertised. Even when the city brings out dumpsters, we normally don’t know ahead of time. "

"It is very quiet and quaint. No problems that I have seen. You may see the occasional deer or even snake. Neighborhood is very walkable to walk dogs and have kids outside to feel safe"

"I’ve lived here for about 5 years. This is a very quiet neighborhood, we don’t really see our neighbors very much and when we do they are always very friendly. The landscape is well maintained also, and looks very nice. A peaceful neighborhood for a walk."

"Older neighborhood that is gentrifying quickly with a mix of renovated homes and some that are rough around the edges but are mostly owned by the older population or hardworking families. Library and nice park nearby."
