Lease goes month to month after June 2026.

Security deposit required to sign lease. First month's rent required to receive keys.

Up to two cats or smaller pets considered with non-refundable deposit of $200.
No yard space for dogs, so no medium or large dogs allowed. Sorry - we do love dogs but don't have space for them.
Tiny dogs that are litter box trained will be considered.

One parking spot in front of the house, street-side parking for guests.
