Could readily serve as home workshop. Located very near to Longwood Gardens on Route 1, which is a national treasure! Easy commutes to Wilmington and Philadelphia, while also close enough to readily enjoy Kennett Square. Be it a Friday Night Art Stroll, 3rd Thursday dinner on State Street or listening to music Wednesday nights in Anson B. Nixon Park, there"s lots to do in the summer. Great local restaurants, a couple of local breweries and a new beer garden. And don"t forget to go the Kennett Flash to listen to some original singer/songwriters.
