Welcome to your home away from home in Hampton! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience. Enjoy a prime location in the heart of Hampton, close to shops, dining, and attractions. Dogs welcome with prior approval and pet fee (see house rules for details). Whether staying for work or leisure, this is your perfect retreat!

30-day minimum stay Book now!

Each rental includes one cleaning every 30 days, covered in the price. A $500 security deposit is required for every 30 days, capped at one month's rent, with increases for longer stays. Utilities, internet, and lawn care are included, subject to a cap. All rentals are brokered by Sojourn Realty and available year-round.

- House trained dogs that are pre approved are allowed! Pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. No puppies or cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. $50 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Pets must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied.

- No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

-Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests.

-Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.

-Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 10 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.

- No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.

- $75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.

- If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.

- Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.

-If equipment is used that would make the utilities charge become excessive, that will be charged back to the renter.

- Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.

-Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
