    "I live right outside the city limits, but am a 15/20 minute drive from downtown seguin. 123 can get congested during morning and after work/school traffic, but that's everywhere. It's very easy to navigate throughout seguin. "

One of the prettiest areas in Seguin, very quiet, about a mile to HEB, WalMart, etc. Back yard of this house is wonderful - very large and slopes all the way down to the creek. House does NOT flood - a consideration in this general area."
