Open concept floor plan, granite counters in the kitchen with breakfast bar that overlooks the casual dining into the family room complete with rock faced fireplace. Master suite has all the room you'll need and offers dual sink vanity and walk in closet. French doors from the family room and dining room lead to the large covered back patio with in-ground pool that has security fencing in place. This 2-tier'd back yard is great for entertaining. Pool on top with stairs leading down to bottom level where you'll find a great patch of grass to enjoy horseshoes or whatever you prefer. Huge side yard has a concrete slab that is currently home to a halfpipe but plenty of room to park an RV or boat or even build a huge detached garage or workshop. HVAC was replaced in 2014, entire roof was replaced in 2021. Front family room was recently converted to the 5th bedroom/Nursery. There are only a few small cosmetic upgrades left and this is basically a new home again!

    "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
