"I have lived in this neighborhood over 30 years. It was a GREAT place to raise my daughters. Bloomfield Hills Schools are the best in Michigan. There are many new families that have moved into this desirable location (shopping, low traffic, etc.). I feel it is time for a family to enjoy this wonderful home with a large private yard ( only $25/week landscaping charge and West Bloomfield taxes), and many new improvements (roof, windows, water heater, etc.) There is even a full house generator!!"

"Beautiful and peaceful, when the traffic is light. Surrounded by lakes and mature trees. Traffic tends to back up at Old Orchard and Pontiac Trail at times, but not usually too bad."

" There is a great sidewalk/ walking path along Farmington Rd where many people walk, run, bike, walk dogs. Also, there are nice hiking trails in the area that are dog friendly. Just please pick up after your dog!"
