"I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 18 years my neighbors are friendly and mostly everyone on my street has been there for as long as me."
  • delcomom
"This is truly a nice place to live and raise kids, it's a very small town with heavy police presence and low crime. The school district is award winning and overall it's just a nice quiet town. We have several parks and are literally minutes from the city of Philadelphia where of course there is plenty to do and see. The downside is there are 2 stores, one is Wawa and the other is a small convenience type store. Other stores are nearby but not in walking distance. There are a few restaurants, a Denny's, a diner, a few pizza/sandwich shops but you definitely have to get in your car and drive to get to the things you need on a daily basis. There are also many hotels on the main highway so that's why we believe the police are constantly patrolling, to keep our little town safe. Other than the lack of stores we really love it here."
