Private neighborhood pond for ice skating, swimming, kayaking, and catch-and-release fishing. This is our permanent home that we are renting fully furnished while traveling on academic sabbatical.

Master bedroom and two other bedrooms located on the main level, with fourth bedroom and bonus room on the second level. Expansive windows with mountain views. Brazilian hardwood floors in main living areas, and carpeted bedrooms. Enjoy wildlife and privacy from the back deck, patio, and yard overlooking natural open space.

AMENITIES
High-end appliances throughout; central heat and air-conditioning (with humidifier); solar panels to reduce electric utility costs; gas fireplace; washer and dryer in separate mudroom; and enclosed garage with space for 1-2 cars. Outdoor amenities include hot tub, grill, fire pit, trampoline, and basketball hoop. Invisible Fence installed in yard. Professional house cleaning every other week is included free!

BEDROOMS
1. Large master bedroom on main floor with en-suite bathroom, double vanities, two walk-in closets, and California king bed. Master opens to outdoor hot tub
2. Medium-sized bedroom on main floor with full bed and large closet
3. Medium-sized bedroom on main floor with single bed and large closet
4. Medium-sized bedroom on second level with queen bed and medium closet.
(You may rent the house for $300 less per month if you do not wish to use one of the bedrooms - in which case we will store boxes there.)

LOCATION
This is a perfect place to stay as you look for a home, finish building, visit family, or just enjoy Bozeman. Located in a quiet neighborhood with meandering streets, lots of open space and wildlife, populated by families, professionals, and retirees. A perfect location on the desirable south side of Bozeman, near Montana State University, Bozeman Health hospital campus, Museum of the Rockies, Morning Star Elementary and Sacajawea Middle School, and local shops and restaurants. Also a quick walk to several trails connected to Bozeman's Gallagator trail system, and an easy drive or bike to Main Street and other hiking and mountain biking trailheads.

UTILITIES
Electric and gas utilities are renter's responsibility.
Water, garbage and recycling collection, and internet/cable are included in rent.

PARKING
Parking includes 1-2 stalls in enclosed garage, plus private driveway parking.

PET & SMOKING POLICY
Non-shedding dogs will be considered with a $50 monthly fee and permission of owner; property is equipped with an Invisible Fence system.
No smoking allowed.

CLEANING
Professional house cleaning 2x/month included with rent.
