    Directions: From the stop light in Snowflake, take Concho Hwy east about 13 miles to Appaloosa (a dirt road).
    Go right (south) on Appaloosa until it Tees (about 1 mile).
    Go right on Pinion and make a quick left on Sorrel Rd.
    Go about ½ mile and make a left on Hopi for about 1/4 mile then left on Juniper for 1/4 mile (note power poles). Then make a U-turn onto Stirrup.
    The property starts on the left 1/4 mile from the turn. You will see a break in the fence and can find the SE corner survey pin there. As you head north along the property line there are more power poles just across the little triangle piece of property, over on Juniper. Property continues to the neighbor's driveway on the north. Please do not go on their property without permission.

      "Some dogs in this neighborhood can be aggressive and some dogs do not have leashes and are left to roam around. It is best to drive around the neighborhood first to see what parts to avoid. But overall it is a great neighborhood and I love taking my kids on walks with my dog. "

      "There is nothing to do for anyone in this area. You want grass you have to irrigate. The schools if your not LDS your kids will not get anywhere. You cant get any fruit trees for the wind will blow all the blossoms off. Planting is not good. You have no rights if cattle break onto your property. The winds are so bad that you cant have your windows open your food tastes like dirt and sand. The wind will also sand blast your vehicles."
