Due to Springdale, Arkansas city code no one under the age of 18. There is a Non-Refundable security fee of $100.00. Monthly, Bi-Weekly, and Weekly rates available. Rates Do Not Change whether you pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly it's still $200.00 a week ALL BILLS PAID. (Monthly $800.00, Bi-Weekly $400.00) All apartments come with a refrigerator and gas stove. We are Not a motel but we do rent by the week like a motel. We offer permanent housing at weekly rates.

Welcome to Spring Creek Landing,
We are a nice, quiet weekly rental apartment complex located at 409/413 Ewalt Ave. Springdale, Arkansas. We offer one room, one bath efficiency apartments.This year is going to be an exciting year for us, we are updating and remodeling all of our 19 units, so please keep checking back with us to see the updates happening in 2016. (website coming soon)
 It is our primary focus this year to create a thriving residential community at Spring Creek Landing by making many improvements to both the interior and exterior of the property. By the end of the year we will have updated every unit with LVT Wood flooring, a brand new bathroom setup, upscale appliances and fixtures, as well as adding a shelving wall to separate the bedroom from the living area. The exterior improvements will include a community area with tables and a grill, landscaping, window boxes and shutters, as well as a fresh paint scheme that will bring the community to life!
 If your not from Springdale, Arkansas it is a great place to live and visit, there are a lot of fun things to do here. We are only 5 miles from "Arvest Ballpark" the home of the 2015 Milb (North Division) Champions the "Northwest Arkansas Naturals." We also have the ONLY indoor ice skating rink in all of Arkansas' at the "Jones Center" located just 1.2 miles from our location.

    "The place is well divorced with many different people. It’s safe to walk and to go the park. Schools are close by and so are grocery stores. The city is growing and so you know that there are jobs here if you’re looking for one. People tend to keep to themselves unless if you or someone decides to make it bigger that what it actually is well to at least to my knowledge. The exits and roadways have good flow to them, it is not overly congested. I live near a hospital and a grocery store and several shopping areas. And near restaurants.     "People here don’t pick up the dogs doo. I do I carry bags with myself and my 2 little girls puppies. And enjoy ice cold water when we come back from our walks. And we walk 4 times a day. And I have 2 pee pads in the bathroom for nights. We are safe that way. Just moved from California and I will love it in a better place and find a church close by. Thank you for your time.
