"Fantastic fantasy town. Disney Main Street feel. We love it and hope to never move. We have raised our family here. "
  • Trulia User
"Don’t come to franklin! We are full! It’s wonderful. Food. Shopping. Walking. History. Amazing schools. Little downtown with festivals. "
  • Kimberly K.
"Every festival you can imagine. So much to do from walking around downtown to multiple walking and hiking trails."
  • Amarylis L.
"large pieces of property for pets. down side is no sidewalk to safely wall on, you have to get on the street sometimes and it's a little busy."
  • Ben R.
"Its clean, safe, pretty, and always full of new people moving in so it stays very exciting! My specific community is right near EVERYTHING so its so convenient"
  • Rdavisdesigns
"Walkable to Historic Downtown Franklin and 3 parks. Friendly neighbors and always something fun to do for a family. "
  • Sagroup
"Great, safe place for your kids to grow up. Small town feel, but close to Nashville and great shopping. "
  • Emily B.
"Lots of other dog families, close to large open field by the library and enrichment center, some sidewalks down Battle. Dislikes: lots of traffic and speeding on battle, houses close to the road, closest dog park would be Pinkerton Park or Harlinsdale"
  • Laurendemain
"People are genuine neighbors. Love the communityabs the people and businesses around them. Support for the local is "real". Great place for kids and families!"
  • Emily B.
"Sense of community, nearby parks and many other dog lovers with their fur babies walk around downtown Franklin; "
  • Carl
"Very walkable. Only two blocks from Main Street Franklin and all the activities. Historic Civil War town. A must visit."
  • Sagroup
"Very little compared to other cities. Most of the traffic is just in between 8 and 8:30. Does not last for three hours like other places I’ve lived. "
  • Leslie F.
"We are a neighborhood of happy dog owners, but responsible ones, and attentive to any dogs we see wandering out loose to make sure they get home safely. "
  • Jennylzyak
"Nice neighborhood friendly folks. Close to major shopping and lots of open space. Would highly recommend this area however the prices for homes are outrageously overpriced "
  • Gail W. J.
"Only 20 minutes to downtown Nashville, the airport and walking distance to Historic Downtown Franklin and The Factory. Incredible Main Street with boutique shops, restaurants, art studios and entertainment. Five minutes to the regional Cool Springs Galleria Mall. "
  • Deanne C.
"This area is close to downtown Franklin. It is in walking distance. Easy access to grocery, drugstore, coffee shops, shopping downtown Franklin and Cool Springs..."
  • Jwick4224accts
"This location is nearly perfect for any lifestyle. There is numerous venues for shopping, dining and entertainment mostly within a 5-10 minutes car ride and its only 30 minutes for all Nashville has to offer. The schools are top rated in the US every year. There are numerous well maintained parks nearby, including two dog parks that dogs can run freely inside a designated area. The community events in Franklin and surrounding areas seem to be never ending and they are very creative and diverse, There are too many churches of every denomination to even list a number. There are around 3-4 live show theaters in Franklin alone and others nearby. People walk and jog through the neighborhoods on a regular basis and there are other fitness locations such as rock climbing, yoga and martial arts studios everywhere. "
  • Brandon L.
"Moved into this area a little over a year ago. I was a first time home buyer and have fallen in love with the area! I plan on staying in the area for many years to come and eventually raise a family here. The people are just so nice! Also, its very convenient living so close to the charming downtown Historic Franklin. Not to mention I am only 2 minutes from The Factory which is a wonderful shopping district that features many wonderful stores, restaurants, weekly farmers market, and much more! Overall I think this is a great area for first time home buyer or the family looking for a area to call home. "
