Description

Only about five year old construction, includes appliances: microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Beautiful bathroom with an amazing tile shower, you could have some real fun in there! Quartz counter tops and vinyl hardwood floors. Your own private fenced backyard with a small storage shed. Had a landscaping company put in a set of paver parking spaces to make sure you always have some parking that cant be taken up by the neighbors which should leave 2 private and 1 street parking spot available in front of the house.
The yard could use some work. I am working with a landscape company to have something done soon, I hope to see my landscaper on May 26th to see what suggestions they have and then get something done.
Looking for renters that will enjoy having a recently built beautiful house and will take care of the property and home. Yard is prime for a garden to be planted - sand is really easy to plant in and stuff grows well. I also have a pest spray company that comes every few months and sprays the perimeter of both buildings, had some spiders and ants bugging me but I have not seen a whole lot of ants and spiders since they have been coming.
Thank you for your interest!

Tenant's pay for their portion of utilities. One of each trash, large recycle and large green waste cans to be shared free if you are willing to put them out for pickup weekly. Your welcome to purchase extra cans if you need them. Spectrum cable and Digital West Fiber (1GB up/down) are available at the house.

Length of lease is somewhat open, just throw me a message with any questions, in some cases I'll accept different lease times.
Renters Insurance is required. Minimum of 620 Credit Score with verification of income 2.5 times rent.
**Non Cigarette Smoking property** - **Cigarette smoke can close my throat from an allergic reaction. **
Please throw in an application if you meet these requirements!
