Recently renovated single bedroom with semi-private bathroom for rent. The room is available furnished or unfurnished (same price). Furniture we are willing to provide includes a queen size bed (mattress, box spring, and frame), a dresser, a table you can use as a desk. You will need your own chair, bedding, and TV. Closet space is a little over 6' by 2'. In addition, you will have access to one parking space, generous refrigerator and freezer space, shared home Internet access, basic water/sewer, and regular trash pickup included at no additional charge. Shared washer and dryer are available on site. Your share of electric bill will be 25% for regular power usage. Room available as early as 11/20/24 for those who may want to move over Thanksgiving weekend. First, last, and $500 security deposit required to move in.
The house is located in Cypress Shores close to 65 and 10 (only 15 minutes from downtown). Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area.
12 month lease.
$50 application fee.
Must pass background check.

Education isn’t valued and honestly I feel bad for the students that want to do better because you have a bunch of kids that should just be sent off to a military camp. They lack respect for themselves and others. if the school wasn’t an open campus they could control more. But just because kids walk through a metal detector then have access to the outdoors doesn’t make the school safe. Fort Knox that school. Every entrance metal detector, resource officer located at both ends. And constantly moving around the school. When kids change classes every teacher outside their door watching. Being alert and if anything happens have a code to where the officers can get to location fast arrest any kids recording or involved. And then send them off. No strikes. They are in high school meaning they know better. Drug test the athletes and stop hiding behind sports. But first redo that school to actually be a closed campus.
