Street parking only - but since this unit is across the street from Fremont Elementary, generally it has easy/plentiful parking.

Note that this unit is a backhouse sharing a central yard with the home-owners, their two dogs and one child. The unit has a private backyard, features hardwood floors, original bathroom, a Wedgewood gas oven, numerous built-ins. Shared amenities include a laundry room, lemon tree, a rubber tree (in case you need to repair a bike tire, etc) and a grape vine. Good dogs are welcome.
