- Amazing furnished living room with 4K tv, surround sound system, and gaming consoles
- Modern-styled lounge perfect for board games and friendly gatherings.
- Fully furnished kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and various small appliances.
- Large load washer and dryer.
- Amazing quiet, friendly and diverse neighborhood.
- Orange tabby cat in the house, who likes to sit on top of your lap.
- Owners are both friendly and hospitable.

- Both owners stay at home except for weekly grocery shopping.

Rent Options:
Option 1 - $800/month rent. Utilities split by headcounts.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
