About this House

Pretty restored historic home in downtown Simpsonville! Much of the 100 yr old charm remains, but there are updates galore, too! Front fenced yard leads to the wrap around front porch where you see the original oval accent window and features inside like 10' ceilings, heart pine floors in most of home, picture rail moldings, fluted door casings, French doors, wide base moldings, 3 fireplaces with tall oak mantels (fireplaces not used/ being sold "as is"). One fireplace has a glass front built in shelf beside it. The front and back entry halls are extra large (great for furniture... lots of possibilities).The master bath has a claw foot tub, 2 pedestal sinks and separate shower. The HUGE walk in closet (was probably a den or another bedroom in years past) has been updated with nice closet system. Bedroom 2 downstairs is a good size and there is another full bath downstairs. The dining room was opened into the den area and the kitchen has a great cooking niche, some glass front cabinets, and window to look into the gorgeous yard. The windows are newer Pella brand, HVAC is new, Water Heater is NEW, roof is NEW. Previous owners updated the electrical, sewer, plumbing... The driveway leads to extra pad and backyard has a SHED as well as the detached garage. City Park is across the street with tennis courts, playgrounds, and much more. Swamp Rabbit trail coming soon to downtown as well! GREAT LOCATION WITH HISTORY AND CHARM!
