Hello! :)
This will be a lease take over for a room in our single level home (10 months with option to renew for 12 months when the lease is up in August).
It is a 3 bed/2 bath house with AC/heat, solar, W/D, filtered showers, WiFi, gas stove, and fruits/herbs/veggies in the front and back yards.
The bedroom available is 11' x 9.5' ($1200) and can come furnished or unfurnished with a queen bed frame (see bedroom photo). You will be sharing a bathroom (also photographed) and have full access to the rest of the house.
Our ideal roommate:
- Clean/mindful of their messes in common areas/picks up after themselves
- Helps maintain daily/weekly upkeep of common areas (kitchen, sun room, dining room, front and back yards as we will all be using the space; we do plan on having a cleaning service come biweekly to assist with the deeper cleans of the common areas to avoid the responsibility falling on to singular roommates)
- Communication/comprehension with other housemates
- Financially responsible (ability to pay rent and utilities on time)
- Friendly; sense of humor
- It would be awesome to become friends with this person as we want to have our home be a HOME, a safe space, somewhere for comfort and good vibes all around
- Respectful of other housemates'/roommates' belongings and privacy
