"Fairly easy commute around the city. Can get more congested around 8 in the morning and again around 4-5. Roads are not adequately maintained throughout. "
  • Adrianne Schindler
"I donโ€™t take public transportation, itโ€™s not available in my neighborhood so I have to drive everywhere I want to go or walk"
  • Adrianne Schindler
"No side walks to walk your dog. People donโ€™t pick up after there dog when it drops one on your lawn ๐Ÿ˜ขno public transportation near by."

"Typical San Angelo, no sidewalks for walking. The houses were all built in the 70โ€™s. But the neighborhood is nice and affordable and safe. The biggest plus, this neighborhood is on the same power grid as the hospital - weโ€™ve never had a power outage here. "
  • Trulia User
"the neighbors are great people good schools friendly neighbors great shopping areas good parks i love it i love san angelo"
  • Trulia User
"it's alright, but it is far from needed things. Then again, nothing in this town is more than 15 minutes away. "
  • Trulia User
"The baseball park is great. Some attention to your kids will be needed as some shady characters are at the playground sometimes. There is nothing crazy just some mischievous teens. "

"There are a hand full of parks near this location, within walking distance. This area is centrally located to most popular restaurants and shopping spots. It is directly next to loop 306, so traveling to the other side of town is quick as well. I love living over here because I'm not far from anything. My neighbors are always friendly and willing to talk, and I don't ever worry about my mail or packages being stolen. There are new homes being built in this area that are affordable for new families, and many older homes are being remodeled. Most of the lots have large front and back yards, so we have room for our dogs and a place to build a shop."
  • Kendall M.
"we have a lot of dog owners in our neighborhood. very friendly dogs and very friendly people. I would highly recommend living in my neighborhood. "
  • Taylor T.
