We have our own well so your only utility will be electric. 50 acres of land to explore complete with fields, woods and a short hike to the Saline River. The house is modern with wood and tile floors. No carpet. 1 car garage. My family will be your only neighbors. We are looking for responsible and respectful tenants. Space available if you have a horse for an additional price. This is technically a duplex so cooperation is key. We will work with you if you will work with us. We look forward to hearing from you!
