I am extremely disappointed and deeply concerned about the lack of organization, communication, and security at Kimmel Farm Elementary SchoolDuring morning drop\-off, I left my son at the designated entrance and noticed that there was no teacher or staff member at the door receiving the children\. At the same time, adults continued entering the school without any visible verification or control\. How am I supposed to know that my child safely made it to his classroom? Allowing adults to enter while children are arriving, without an obvious security check, is extremely concerning\. In other schools, parents are only allowed to enter as far as the front desk unless they have been properly identified and authorized\.The communication from the school has also been completely inadequate\. Since my son was recently enrolled, I have not received clear information explaining transportation, the Parent Pickup Line, drop\-off procedures, or where and how children should be picked up\. I received a few flyers, but nothing that properly explained these essential first\-day procedures\.
