The oven range has LED lights and warming lights with a shelf above the stove for keeping food warm.

Recent updates include new ceiling fans in one of the living rooms, the upstairs bedroom, and the front porch. New overhead lights in the over living room, and three of the other bedrooms. A ring door bell, smart lock on the front door, and WiFi capable thermostats for the back part of the house and the upstairs bedroom.

The home is located in down town Winfield. It is within walking distance of the middle and high schools. It is 0.8 miles from the court house, EMS station, and fire station. 15 minutes to Teays Valley and I64. The neighbors are the absolute best! Almost everyone is older and retired. I was by far one of the youngest in the community. Very quiet street. Winfield PD drives through the neighborhood multiple times a day.

I love the house itself and if I could pick it up and move it somewhere else, like in the middle of 10 acres or so somewhere, I definitely would.
